About Aerothermal Technology
Aerothermal energy is a clean and highly efficient technology that uses the energy from outside air to heat spaces and generate domestic hot water (DHW). It works by using a heat pump that extracts thermal energy from the air, generating heating in winter, cooling in summer, and hot water year-round.
Low maintenance
Air source heat pump systems are characterized by their durability and reliability. Since they're based on heat pump technology, which doesn't require extensive interventions or costly maintenance, you can spend more time on what's truly important.
Its operation
It is based on a heat pump that, through a compression and expansion cycle, absorbs heat from the air and uses it to maintain the ideal temperature in the home, even in extreme heat and cold conditions.
Comfort all year round
Enjoy a comprehensive air conditioning solution that covers all your needs: heating in winter, cooling in summer, and hot water year-round. You won't need to install multiple systems, which simplifies management and improves efficiency.
Energy saving
For every kWh of electricity consumed, the system can produce between 3 and 5 kWh of thermal energy, resulting in savings of up to 70% on electricity bills compared to other conventional energy sources.
Sustainable
Aerothermal energy uses air as an energy source, making it a much more environmentally friendly option. Unlike fossil fuel-based air conditioning systems, aerothermal energy helps reduce CO2 emissions and other polluting gases.
Our Aerothermal Products
Energy Efficiency Class A+++: Certified performance in accordance with European standards.
At Core Value Corporation, all of our equipment is rated A+++ under the European Energy Labeling System.
This classification model, approved by the European Union, allows the energy efficiency of products to be evaluated and compared using a scale ranging from D (low efficiency) to A+++ (maximum efficiency).
This regulation considers factors such as annual electricity consumption, seasonal performance (SCOP and SEER), and environmental impact.
They consume less energy to operate.
They significantly reduce COâ‚‚ emissions.
They meet the most demanding European standards in terms of sustainability and efficiency.
Having A+++ products means that our systems:
This not only translates into lower operating costs for the user , but also into a solution aligned with energy transition and efficient building policies .
Investing in this technology ensures performance, savings, and environmental responsibility at every facility.
We manage your Energy Saving Certificates (CAEs)
At Core Value, we help you recover part of your investment in energy efficiency.
A smart solution to save today and continue saving tomorrow.

What are CAEs?
Energy Saving Certificates (ESCs) are official documents that recognize the reduction in final energy consumption following the implementation of efficiency measures. Each ESC is equivalent to 1 kWh saved per year and can be used as currency in the energy market.

How do they work?
For every kilowatt-hour (kWh) you save with your new installations or improvements in air conditioning, thermal generation or energy efficiency, you can generate a CAE.
CAE (Casualty Measures) allow you to recover part of your investment without additional obligations. The economic value will depend on the type of action and the savings achieved.

Why with Core Value?
We handle the entire CAE processing process for you. Additionally, at Core Value, we can offer you a direct discount on your bill as compensation.
